Bull is a gentle giant. He has a heart of gold and loves to run and play but can intimidate some because of his size. He is good with other dogs, but sometimes can be a bit bossy. He loves a good tummy rub (what dog doesn't) and rides really well in the car.
Her name does NOT say it all. Our Prissy is quite the tom-boy. Got a ball? Got a stick? Want to run and play? And lovin' is always her game! Prissy is up for some action, so she will need an active person/family that likes to go on long walks. However, when the day is done, she will want to be right on the sofa beside you taking advantage of any attention that you'd want to share. She is up for learning any new tricks and promises that she will graduate at the top of her class if taken to obedience training. She is ready to impress her new owner with her quick learning. Prissy walks great on a leash and loves to "jog it out" with our younger volunteers. She is ready to impress and deserves a forever home that is as charming and as full of personality as she is!
Hold on tight to your heart, because here comes Francisco! He may be a bit of a handful for some but to know him is to love him. Estimated to be three to four years old, he loves people and most dogs, but some dogs are put off by his big energy so he may need to be an only child. He loves when the volunteers walk him on a leash and he loves to carry his stuffed animal in his mouth. Living at a rescue facility is not the best atmosphere for a dog who needs daily moderate exercise and craves human attention. Before coming into rescue, Francisco suffered a chemical burn down his back. It has healed nicely, but may need continued monitoring. He also has had knee surgery to repair damage as well. Now he is fit as a fiddle and ready for a home of his own!
